Die Dachflächen des Neubaus konnten massgenau für die klassisch ausgelegten NICER Standardmodule geplant werden. Die grosszügigen Flächen erzielen stattliche Solarstrom-Erträge und dienen gleichzeitig als eleganter Witterungsschutz für den Terrassenbereich und das Gebäude.
