Mit der dach- und fassadenintegrierten PV-Anlage und der solarbetriebenen Wärmepumpe wurde ein PlusEnergieBau (PEB) realisiert.
Dem Projektteam gelang es, trotz geknickter Form der Dachfläche, ganzflächig ein LEVEL Glas-Glas Indachsystem zu integrieren. Die 22.4 kWp starke Dachanlage und die 4.2 kWp starke Fassadenanlage generieren einen Solarstromüberschuss von 69%.
Das energieeffizient sanierte EFH erhielt das PlusEnergieBau-Diplom 2018 vom Schweizer Solarpreis.

Overlapping solar roofing for full-surface coverage. LEVEL is used for pitched roofs, challenging roof geometries, individual roof integrations, as well as facades.
FAST 2 is suitable for all areas where curtain wall systems are used. These include, for example, single-family homes, apartment buildings and high-rise buildings. Floor-high solar modules can be inserted into the FAST mounting system. It is used for particularly high static and aesthetic requirements.
