Alpiq hat die Photovoltaikanlage als Komplettlösung projektiert, geplant und gebaut und sie wird die Anlage auch selber betreiben. Auf einer Fläche von 7'399 Quadratmetern erzeugt die Anlage rund 1.2 Mio. kWh Strom pro Jahr. Die erzeugte Energie wird direkt ins lokale Stromnetz eingespeist. Die Produktion entspricht dem jährlichen Stromverbrauch von rund 250 Haushalten.
