Das retro Gold-braun erinnert an die 80er Jahre, wie es heute wieder en vogue ist. Die Solarmodule sind so hergestellt, dass die Zellen bereits aus einigen Metern Entfernung komplett verschwinden.
Nebst der Ost- und West-Fassade wurde auch das Flachdach mit Photovoltaik ausgestattet.
